Barsys AI is the command center for the entire Barsys bar — and it's free, on the App Store and Google Play (US and India at launch, more markets rolling out). It pairs with the Shaker Pro over Bluetooth 5.1 once, in minutes, and from then on the connection is automatic: pick a drink on the phone, pour at the tin.

One app, the whole ecosystem

The same app runs every Barsys instrument. The Barsys 360 — the fully automated machine — pours a selected recipe itself, with precision down to 2 mL. The Coaster 2.0 guides hand-built drinks with live LED feedback. And the Shaker Pro is the newest member: the app streams the recipe to the base, the light guides your pour, and the motor finishes the mix. No hardware at all? The app stands alone as a full cocktail assistant.

2,000+ recipes, from people who pour for a living

The library holds more than two thousand recipes sourced from working bartenders and renowned bars — classics like the Old Fashioned and the Negroni, zero-proof builds, brand serves, and originals you won't find elsewhere. Every recipe carries clear, illustrated, step-by-step instructions, with video tutorials from professional mixologists. And when the library isn't enough, Barbot writes a new recipe on demand — which is why the honest answer to "how many recipes?" is ∞.

The assistant that knows your taste

Rate your drinks and the app learns your flavor profile — sweet, sour, smoky, boozy — and keeps surfacing recipes that match what you actually love, not what an editor guessed. The more you pour, the sharper it gets.

Ingredient-first: cook with what's on the shelf

Enter the bottles you own — name them generically, "gin" not the label, to unlock the most matches — and the generator builds recipes from your exact inventory. No wasted bottles, no shopping trip standing between you and tonight's drink.

Mixlists: menus for humans in groups

Hosting is a menu problem. Tell the app the occasion, the guest count, and what's in the cabinet, and it designs the drink menu — or start from curated Mixlists and make them yours. The menu syncs to your hardware, so every pour at the party is a guided one.

And when something breaks
